The department of commerce conducted its alumni meet, ‘Smriti’ on 26th January 2019. The programme commenced at 10:30am with a prayer song by student of I B.Com .Ms Mary Sruthi Melbin, Academic Dean delivered the welcome address. Dr Alice K A ,Smt Daisy N.O and Elsamma Joseph, former professors of the Commerce department along with Dr.K.P Satheesan felicitated the gathering. Few of the alumni shared their experiences while they were in college. This is followed by the election of office bearers after which Ms Jency Treesa proposed the vote of thanks thereby concluding the formal function. The students of the commerce department arranged a cultural extravaganza which included several performances and songs, and Ms Mary Sruthi Melbin’s vocal performance was the highlight of the event.
