The Department of Psychology hosted a program -“Njangalkum Parayanundu”- of WE SMILE Vocational Training & Placement Centre, Kozhikode on 25th Sept 2019 in Elysium Auditorium from 1.00 p.m. onwards. We Smile Charitable Trust is a vocational training institute for specially abled children. The program showcased the talents of the special needs children of We Smile Vocational Training & Placement Center. The specially needs children regaled the audience by performing a wide range of cultural programs including dance, drama and mimicry. The children with their exuberant and vibrant performances won each and every heart in the audience proving that nothing is impossible when one begins to do what is possible and necessary with diligence and faith.
The program was attended by Honorable MP Shri Hiby Eden and popular RJ and motivational speaker Joseph Annamkutty Jose. Dr Sajimol Augustine, Principal, St. Teresa’s College honored all the students with medals and trophies and also presented a memento to Mrs Sainaba, founder of We Smile Institute. The students of B.Sc Psychology and B.Sc Home Science were present along with faculty members of the departments.
