The National Seminar on “De-scribing History: New Directions in Historiography”, organised by the II PG MA English students was held on 25th January 2020. The seminar was inaugurated jointly by Dr. Vinod Balakrishnan, Professor, NIT, Trichy and the renowned historian Sri. Manu S. Pillai. The inaugural was followed by a session ‘In conversation with Sri. Manu S Pillai’ engaged by Dr. Preeti Kumar. Dr. Vinod Balakrishnan delivered the keynote address and was followed by paper presentations by research scholars and students across India.
