To commemorate International Chef Day the Department of Food Processing Technology organised a workshop on “Flavours of Arabia” exclusively for teachers of St Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam on 21st October 2022 at 1:30 pm in Food Processing Lab, Central Block. The resource person  of the program was Chef Joshy P V, Hospitality Trainer and Former Chef, Carnival Cruise Lines USA. During the workshop chef taught the participants about various Arabian Dishes and presentation skills.
