Department of Fashion Designing organized a one day work shop in association with Fevicryl on “Fabric Painting” for the Ist year UG and Ist year Post Graduate Diploma in Fashion Designing students. The workshop was taken by Ms. Usha Kamal, Fevicryl Certified specialist on 18th August 2023.

The students were able to practice different fabric painting techniques like shading, filling and hatching. They also learnt to do Tikuli Hand Painting Art which is a minor art form originated in Patna, Bihar around 800 years ago. The students learn the techniques of drawing, shading, and filling the selected Tikuli art motif.
