Expert talk on HACCP, FSMS, DOCUMENTATION AND AUDITING(19th February 2020)

Department of Food Processing Technology organised an expert talk on HACCP, FSMS, DOCUMENTATION AND AUDITING which was held on 19th February 2021 @ 10:30 am on Google Meet platform .Mr. Mujeeb O Muhammed ,Lead auditor and Trainer , TUV Nord Middle east was the chief resource person .He explained in detail about HACCP, FSMS and its documentation. HE discussed the various aspects of auditing and shared experiences of the same. He also answered several doubts regarding food safety issues and also job opportunities in food safety sector. The students were enlightened by the talk.The talk was concluded by the vote of thanks of Anakha Aneesh.The programme was coordinated by Ms. Sherin Mary Simon (Assistant professor, FPT Dept)
