Student article featured in leading international peer-reviewed Journal ( Taylor & Francis Group)

Ms.Ayesha Shakeel, a student of BMS Batch 2017-20 published an article titled ‘ Perceived experience, perceived value and customer satisfaction as antecedents to loyalty among hotel guests in the Journal of Quality Assurance in Hospitality and Tourism owned by the Taylor & Francis group. The journal is indexed in both ABDC- B, and Web of Science.
