World Music Day

Fête de la Musique: The department encourages the students to organize various events which allow them to experience and understand the French culture. As part of such initiatives, the World Music Day was celebrated in the Department of French on 21st June 2019. Anjana S. Kumar of II BA French gave a short presentation about the origin of World Music Day. It was a joyful occasion with the students dancing to the French music and singing French songs.

St. Teresa's College

St.Teresa’s College, a pioneering institution in the field of Higher Education in India, was established on 15th June in the year 1925, as the first Women’s College of the erstwhile Cochin State and the second in the whole of Kerala by the Congregation of the Carmelite Sisters of St.Teresa.
