Department of French invited students to participate in its webinar with Kochi City Police, on 24th of September 2021. Pink Police, Women protection, Cyber criminality… Many topics to learn how every woman can get help and advices from Kerala Police and how to react in case of trouble, for oneself and for others.

We had wonderful speakers: Aishwarya Dongre, IPS, Deputy Commissioner, Binoy Joseph, Cyber criminality Investigator, Anie Siva, Anila Sigeesh; and Vidhya V.

Feedback from students shows how much they benefited from this session: Punya, a 3rd year BA French student, told us: “The webinar was really informative, learnt a lot of new things and it was nice to hear these officials speaking to us about empowerment, standing up for ourselves and how matters can be dealt with. I found the webinar really useful.”
