Department of French and Evergreen Tourism Club held a webinar on Rural and Community Centric Tourism, on 28th of January 2022. Our Resource Person was Adv. Sijlo Chittlapally, Head of the Department of Tourism Studies in St. Peter’s College in Kolenchery.

Sijlo Sir shared his expertise in the field of Tourism with our UG and PG students. Sijlo Sir talked about hiw views on Rural and Community development through Tourism; and discussed the matter during a very interactive questions and answers session with students.

This webinar was part of National Tourism Day 2022.

It was be observed under the aegis of ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav‘, which is an initiative of the Government of India to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of progressive India and the glorious history of its people, culture and achievements.”
