webinar on “Media and Entertainment: Revamping Strategies During a Pandemic Era”

The Department of Management Studies and the Department of Communicative English of St. Teresa’s College, Ernakulam organized a webinar titled “Media and Entertainment: Revamping Strategies During a Pandemic Era” on 25 July 2020 from 3pm to 4pm. The chief speaker for the webinar was Mr Sabrish Nair, Product and Revenue Strategy Lead at Asianet. He enlightened the participants about recent trends and changes in the media and entertainment sectors in the wake of the global pandemic. He also gave detailed analytics about the same and highlighted the various strategies adopted by these sectors to promote viewership. The participants also got interesting insights about the Asianet network particularly about the advertisement strategies that they have adopted.

The exhilarating talk by Mr Sabrish Nair was followed by a Question and Answer session during which the audience put forward their queries. He enthusiastically answered each question whilst adding his opinion on the topic discussed. Following the interactive session, the webinar was officially concluded with the vote of thanks.
