Webinar on “Achieving Problem-Solution Fit & Product Market Fit”

The Department of Psychology organized a webinar on “Achieving Problem-Solution Fit & Product Market Fit” as part of the department’s  Institution Innovation Cell on 28th February 2022. The webinar was held on the Google Meet platform from 12.30 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.

Dr. Nisa James, Assistant Professor & Innovation Ambassador, Department of Management Studies, Kannur University was the resource person for the webinar.

The main objective of the program was to identify the importance of developing new, original or unexpected solutions with the primary purpose of being able to put themselves in the shoes of customers and developing a better understanding of customer needs. The webinar aimed to build entrepreneurship skills in students.

Dr. Nisa James inspired the participants by highlighting various examples of companies that failed due to ignoring the concept Problem-Solution Fit & Product-Market Fit. She emphasized the importance of being flexible by a company in changing markets, identifying strong market demand, repurposing or reorganizing old ideas, meeting the needs of customers, and keeping an eye on the future.
