TAP TALK SERIES (2) by Mr Jubin Joy, Senior Associate, Ernst & Young

The Department of Psychology conducted the second talk of the TAP TALK SERIES on 18th July 2019 for the psychology students of 3rd DC on 18th July 2019. Mr Jubin Joy, Senior Associate, Ernst & Young took a half day session on Organizational Theory and Design. Mr Jubin addressed the students on the different kinds of organizational designs and explored contemporary issues in organizational designs as well as the best practices in management. The evolving nature of organizations and leadership were also highlighted in the talk.

PROFILE OF SPEAKER – MR JUBIN JOY, SENIOR ASSOCIATE, ERNST & YOUNG

Mr. Jubin Joy has been associated with the Business Development (BD) team of EY from 2015 as a Senior Associate and has worked on the bid process of many MNCs that predominantly operates in sectors such as Technology, Telecommunications and Media. As part of the Business Development process, he was actively involved in Research and Analysis, Project Management and Proposal Development process. He recently traveled to UK to understand the nuances of the BD and streamlining processes.
Prior to EY, Mr Jubin Joy was with the Al-Essa Group where he helped their pharmaceutical company to make informed decisions based on market intelligence. He also collaborated with DC Books for a market research on deteriorating reading habits and ways to revive it. Mr. Jubin Joy holds an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and HR.  He is an athlete by heart and represents EY in badminton tournaments. His personal interests (in the order of preference) are reading (legal thrillers), travelling and watching TV series and movies. A movie buff he is also a regular goer of the International Film festival of Kerala (IFFK).
