STUDENT ACHIEVERS OF 2015 -16

The students of the Department of Zoology has excelled in the Mahatma Gandhi University B.Sc. Results (2013-2016 Batch). A total of 6 students secured A+ Grade and 11 students secured A Grade in the university examinations.

Risna K R & Rolbi Merlin secured Third place in the Envisage’16 – Quiz Competition conducted by the Department of Computer Applications, St.Teresa’s College Ernakulam on 27th July, 2016.

ZOO FEST

Won First prize for Scientific Drawing competition conducted by Zoology Society of Kerala in connection with Zonal Zoo-Fest held at St Xavier’s College for Women, Aluva.

Won First prize for Spell Check competition conducted by Zoology Society of Kerala in connection with Zonal Zoo-Fest held at St Xavier’s College for Women, Aluva.

Mitchell M Beveira & Ann Mary V B , won 2nd prize for Debate competition held in connection with zonal Zoo-Fest organized by Zoological Society of Kerala at St. Xavier’s college for women Aluva.

Won 2nd Prize in Essay Writingcompetition in the one day seminar on ‘World Environment Day-2016’ jointly organized by Dept. of Biotechnology, Al-Ameen College Edatahla & Kerala State council for Science, Technology & Environment.

Won 2nd Prize in the Intercollegiate Essay Writing competition in connection with the ‘World Environment Day-2016’ organized by Bhoomitrasena Club, Sree Sankara College, Kalady.
