  • Venessa Maria Fernandez of III BA French secured II prize for Western group song in the Inter- University Youth Festival, South Zone held at Hindustan University, Chennai on 21st December 2017.
  • Venessa Maria Fernandez of III BA French secured II prize for Western Group Song in National University Youth Festival held at Ranchi University, Jharkhand on 20th February 2018.
  • Ann Feba of I BA French, Ann Jose and Aiswaraya R. of III BA French bagged second position for Fashion Show in the inter-collegiate competition, ‘Chrysalis’ organized by the Post-Graduate Department of English on 19th January at Bharat Mata College, Thrikakkara.
  • Ann Jose and Aiswaraya R. of III BA French bagged second position for the Fashion Show, ‘Extravaganza’ in the inter-collegiate competition, Cognito held on 25th October 2017 at Royal College of Engineering and Technology, Thrissur.
  • Ann Feba of I BA French, Ann Jose and Aiswaraya R. of III BA French bagged second position for the Fashion Show in the inter-collegiate competition,‘Rubix’, held in January at KMM College, Thrikakkara.
  • Ann Jose of III BA French won the 1st prize for the Fashion Show, Fashionista in the inter-collegiate competition ‘Euphoria’, held at Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Kalamassery on 5th August 2017.

Faculty Achievements

Ms. Reshmi Joseph, Ms. Amita Sarah Varghese and Ms. Jennifer Sandy James attended the                    International Conference on Sustainable Globalisation in January 2018 at Kochi.

Ms. Reshmi Joseph presented the paper, ‘Responsible Tourism: A Tool for Sustainable Development – A Case Study based on Kumarakom, Kerala’.

Ms. Amita Sarah Varghese presented the paper, ‘Study on the Sustainable Prospects of Kochi as a Destination’.

Ms. Jennifer Sandy James presented the paper, ‘A Study on Zero-Waste Project with Special Emphasis on the Destination Fort Kochi’.

St. Teresa's College

St.Teresa’s College, a pioneering institution in the field of Higher Education in India, was established on 15th June in the year 1925, as the first Women’s College of the erstwhile Cochin State and the second in the whole of Kerala by the Congregation of the Carmelite Sisters of St.Teresa.
