The students of BMS had an interactive session on the topic “Scope of Overseas Education for Indian students” on 31 st January 2018. It was an extension to the specialization of the course ‘International Business’ by bringing in a team of the Santa Monica Study Abroad Pvt. Ltd. to enlighten the students about the overseas educational opportunities in the U.S. as well as in European countries.

It was an interactive session for the students on which they shared their major concerns about studying abroad and helped them to clarify various misconceptions about the expenditure involved and the authenticity of the certification. The students got an exposure to the diverse culture around the globe and how this scenario can help to learn more and grow into a better individual. At last the session emphasized on the language barriers and how to tackle such communication-related problems beforehand. The session opened more doors to varieties of courses like Business Analytics and Logistics and its relevance in today’s fast-moving world. The session also gave a brief idea on the 26 Schengen countries at a shot. The students were also invited to the Europe Fair 2018 to be held on 3 rd February 2018 (Saturday) at the Grand Hotel, M.G. Road, Ernakulam.
