The Department of Commerce (SF) in Association with the Women Cell Inaugurated the Karate Club for the students of St. Teresa’s College on 16 Nov 2019. The function was presided over by T.J Vinod MLA, Ex. MP Prof. K V Thomas, Director Rev.Dr.Sr.Vinitha and Principal Dr. Sajimol Augustine. M graced the occasion. This was an initiative to help our students improve their physical and mental health and to build self-esteem and strengthen their self-confidence. This eventually will improve their academic performance by raising their level of energy, focus and concentration.
The Karate Club was inaugrated by MLA T J Vinod, followed by Karate Demonstration by students along with the Karate team.
