Mr.Rakesh R of Aiscel Academy, conducted a JAM coaching –Session 1 from 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm on July 7th. He explained the need for further education after the completion of Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Mathematics. The schedule kickstarted with an interactive session with the students and encouraged them to list out reputed colleges which offer MSc in Mathematics, which they knew of. Continued by a discussion on exams like IIT JAM,CAT etc. and their exam pattern, He gave importance to the specific cut-off marks and the pass percentage that a student must obtain to be eligible for admission at one of the reputed colleges in India. He also spoke of the various job opportunities under various Public, Private, Central and State Sectors provided by the Government of India which a mathematics student can pursue.
