Department of Physical Education conducted Yoga Day in connection with International Yoga Day on 21st June ,2019 at Gym Plaza at 7.30 Am .Started the programme with a formal function. Smt. Nisha Philip, HOD, Physical Education delivered the welcome speech .Rev.Dr.Sr. Vinitha (Director of the College ) inaugurated the function. Dr Sajimol Augustine , Principal delivered the Keynote Address. After the function started the Yoga Display with Surya Namaskar . Almost 40 students participated in this and the programme concluded with the vote of thanks by Dr Thomas K.M senior faculty ,Dept of Phy.edu.
