FOOD CARNIVAL – 2018

The Department of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics , Women’s Study Center conducted a food fest  ” Food Carnival 2018″ on 6th February 2018 at gym plaza  science block, St. Teresa’s college Ernakulam .  The Carnival was inaugurated by Dr. Beety Rani ( Associate Professor, Head Of the Department of Home Science ). The students of PG Diploma and Maters put   three different stalls with different theme – Thattukada-  Which consist of traditional Kerala dishes , Delite Bites – which includes snacks and Door Step Deserts – which included innovative new products . This “Food Carnival ” was aimed to improve the managerial skills , entrepreneurial skills and co -operation among the students . The efforts of the students and their recipes were highly appreciated by those who visited the stall.
