The Department of French brings to the students an opportunity to discover French cuisine and Table decor. An International webinar on the topic ‘Regards sur les arts de la table et la cuisine française’- ‘Take a look at French cuisine and Table Decor’. The session shall introduce the students to a variety of international flavours- cuisines from across home-kitchens to multi-star restaurants!
We can hardly wait, to meet our two experts for the event- Madame Françoise Badie from France and Madame Colette Ramos from Spain, who would be acting as resource persons for the same. A guided tour (virtual) on various aspects of French cuisine including exquisite French recipes, culinary aspects of Celebrations, table dressing, culinary traditions and innovations, shall also be a  part of the session.
In addition, the participants shall have the opportunity to interact with our two Gourmets and get to learn of their personal experiences.
It will be all kinds of sweet and spice!!
