“ESPOIR 2019-20“, the Department Association of Women’s Study Center was inaugurated by Lakshmi Sreenath in an Eco- friendly way by planting a Neem Sapling at Department Art Lab, Science Block, St. Teresa’s College, Ernakulam on 26th July 2019 at 12:30 pm.
Lakshmi Sreenath was born and raised in Kochi, Kerala . Groomed in Finance background, a writer, certified yoga & fitness trainer and a nutritionist in the making, is the owner,creator and founder of Herbal Sutras-a Lifestyle brand based in Kochi. Lakshmi started writing too at a very young age, even before she started experimenting with various occupations such as a banker, compliance officer in a NBFC and a teacher before steering herself towards the wellness shore. She’s a wellness blogger, a motivational speaker .“Grow and let others grow too” is her motto ,that which keeps her focused, motivated and happy.
The inaugural function was followed by cultural events. The students showcased their talents through various programmes.
