Silver Jubilerians meet- spreading the R3 message to save the earth

The research and PG department of Economics St Teresa’s college Ernakulam organized an alumnae meet for the silver jubilerians – students who passed out their degree 25 years ago in 1994. The present faculty and the entire retired faculty met the students of 1994 batch and it was a real surprise to see the backbenchers and the toppers who have become successful career women and homemakers. Alumnae even flew from Australia to meet their friends. The alumnae discussed what made the department unique and shared their memories . As a token of our environment friendly project against plastic Reduce Reuse and Recycle (R3) each silver jubilerians were given a BHOOMITHRA BAG. Clearly giving the message to spread the three R slogan across the alumnae. Dr Thushara George HOD Department of Economics welcomed the gathering and Smt Manjula ( silver jubilerian) proposed the vote of thanks.
