In connection with ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, Department of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics conducted ‘CRISTATA’ – An Inter-departmental Tricolor Recipe Competition on 12th August 2022. A total of 10 teams participated in the competition. Participants prepared and presented dishes including the three colors of our national flag (saffron, white and green).  The colors used were from natural sources only. Participants also presented a menu card adding details of the recipe and its nutrient quotient. The recipes were evaluated based on their presentation, innovation, nutritive value, taste and flavor.
