To celebrate the 152nd birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the English Association conducted a cartoon competition on October 2nd 2021. The cartoon was to be based on the theme ‘Gandhiji in the 21st century’ and a cash prize and e-certificates were awarded to the first two winners. The first prize went to Salma Mohamed Haneef (St Teresa’s College) who won a cash prize of Rs 1000 and the second prize to Shawn Biju Thomas (Kristu Jayanti College) with a cash prize of Rs 500.
