CAREER GUIDANCE

A seminar on “Career as Company Secretary” was conducted for the II B.Com class, by the subject expert Dr. K.H.Shajahan, Department of corporate affairs ,Govt of India and Prof.Lijo faculty member of ICSI[The institute of company secretaries of India] on 23^rd June 2017. The welcome speech was delivered by Ms. Kesiya Mary of II B.Com. The talk started with an interactive session with the students by Dr.Shajahan ,where he told the students about the different careers available in commerce stream ie,CA,CMA,CS and why CS is the most attractive .He explained the importance as well as the benefit of taking CS as the career option. It was an interactive and vibrant session where the students were given an opportunity to clarify doubts regarding their career. Vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Arya.S of II B.Com. It was an informative session.
