On the 1st October 2022, the student representatives of TIBIC,(Teresian Innovation and Business Incubation Centre) from the Department Of Management Studies, St. Teresa’s College, Ernakulam attended the event as volunteers at Crowne Plaza Kochi. The “WOMEN IN BUSINESS CONCLAVE” program was organized by TiE Kerala, a non-profit global community welcoming entrepreneurs worldwide. Our students got the opportunity to meet and speak with many influential women business owners since they got the chance to work at the front desk.
Interacting with these personalities greatly motivated them. Through this volunteer experience, they could learn to plan, coordinate, and operate effectively based on time management.
