As part of International Coastal Clean-up Day, BMC volunteers have cleaned the Puthvypin Beach on 16.09.2022. 20 volunteers of BMC and two staff coordinators participated in the drive. Garbage bags were bought prior to the clean-up. The students collected paper and plastic waste was collected and disposed by the students. A lawn nearby the beach was also fully cleaned by the volunteers. Approximately, 20-25 fully packed bags of Waste were collected from the beach. The collected garbage was disposed of in the large waste bins on the beach.
