National conference on current and emerging technologies in crypto-currency, machine learning, IoT & future computing was conducted on February 16^th 2018. The conference started with an inaugural session and keynote by Mr.Santhosh C Kurup. He is the CEO of ICTAK(Information and Communication Technology Academy of Kerala) Trivandrum, kerala. The keynote address was informative on the various contribution by technology in the recent days. The inaugural session was presided over by the principal and director of our college. Inauguration was done by playing an animation of 40 seconds by the chief guest. After a ten minutes break the first technical session was delivered by Mr.George C Paul, Director, Capgemini Technology Services india Ltd, Bengaluru. An introduction to Bitcoin and cryptocurrency technologies  was given during the first session. The second technical session was conducted after the lunch break by Mr.Saj Janin, Principal Architect of CTS. He gave an  introduction to machine learning and its applications. The third session was on IoT & Future Computing delivered by Mr.K R Remesh Babu, Asst Professor , dept of It, Govt engineering college, Idukki.

Around 34 faculties and 46 students registered for the conference. Certificates were distributed for registered candidates. As per the feedback collected from the participants the conference was very informative as well as introductory on the recent topics of interest.
