The Zoological Society of Kerala conducted Zonal Zoofest-2017 at Cochin College, Ernakulam on 6th July 2017. The competitions include Debate, Simple Identification, Entry Behavior Test, listening skills, Just a Minute, Power Point Presentation, Radio Talk and Best Word. From I DC zoology, Joys Mary secured first for Entry Behavior Test, Aneeta Ann, got second for listening skill and Nidhimol C J got third prize for just a minute. Form II DC S A Maruthaka Rani secured first for debate, Mary Shilpa Francis secured second and Parvathy K R got third prize for simple identification. Final year students Shabnam Farisha got first and Mary Honey got third for Best Word, Maria Shibu secured second for Power Point Competition. Our college bagged overall second position in Zoofest 2017.
