Teresian Rural Outreach Programme initiated by the college is designed to meet the individual needs of selected communities. Outreach activities include visits to children’s home, special schools, general hospital, conducting eye camps, computer literacy classes for underprivileged students of government schools and so on. The outreach programme focuses on key areas such as academic improvement and skill development, nutritional awareness and health care, environmental consciousness and awareness campaigns.
The Department of Computer Applications is active in TROP by conducting computer literacy classes for underprivileged students of government schools, in associations with the NGO ‘NANMA’
This year we have conducted TROP on September 19th and January 30th .
