This is a citizen’s handbook on e-governance which literally handholds the public in their efforts to access 23 e-governance services by detailing in the form of simple flow charts the various steps one has to follow in accessing these services. It was prepared by our e-Jaalakam team in response to public demand from residents associations and was released by Shri Kapil Sibal, Union Minister for Communications and Information Technology and Law and Justice, Government of India on Sept 10 2013.
